Position yourself at the head end of the Reformer and use spring resistance to pull the carriage toward you. The included foam pad makes the Extended Head End Platform the same height as your carriage, so your hands and feet are secure and stable during exercise.
Compatible with the Allegro Nextgen Reformer™, with or without a Tower. Also compatible with Allegro® Reformer and Allegro® Stretch Reformer. Not for Allegro 2 Reformer.
