The F.I.T. Kit improves your ability to train functional movements with a full range of resistance for all body positions, including standing. No other adjustable riser allows you to work from both sides of the Tower, using the carriage for more stability challenge and on the stable floor surface. You can easily adjust the angle of resistance for Tower exercises, greatly expanding the diversity and challenge of individual exercises.
