Footbar “Plunger” Lockout Knobs

To use the Footbar "Plunger" Lockout Knobs, pull the plunger knob out so that the recessed cross-pin comes out of the slots. Turn the knob so that the cross-pin rests on the bolt head. Repeat on other side. With the knobs in “locked out” position, reposition the footbar along the Reformer frame where desired. Turn the knobs so that the T–bar cross–pin is recessed, firmly locking the footbar into its new position on the Reformer frame.
